摘要
目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗107例寻常型银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法采用窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB,311 nm)照射治疗寻常型银屑病107例,总结治愈率、显效率、平均治疗次数及其副作用。结果治疗后患者皮损面积、斑块肥厚程度、红斑、鳞屑及搔痒的严重程度以及PASI总分均显著降低;窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常型银屑病有效率(治愈+显效)75.75%,斑块型与点滴型银屑病疗效无统计学意义。结论窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病安全、有效、方法简便,不良反应发生率低,是目前治疗银屑病的一种重要手段。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of UB-UVB in treating 107 patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Through the retrospective analysis of 107 cases of patients with psoriasis who were treated by NB-UVB with a length of 311nm,this article summarized the cure rate,effective rate,average frequency and side effects.Results The area of skin lesions,patch hypertrophy,erythema,scaling and severity of pruritus,PASI scores showed obviously lower than those of the treatment before;The effective rate of NB-UVB treatment on patients with psoriasis vulgaris was 75.75%.There was no significant effect compared with plaque type and guttate psoriasis.Conclusion As NB-UVB is a safe,convenient and effective way,it has become an vital means to treat psoriasis vulgaris.
