摘要
目的探讨B-Lynch缝合加子宫动脉结扎在难治性产后出血中的临床应用价值。方法分析本院行剖宫产分娩的45例难治性产后出血病例,经常规保守治疗不能控制出血时,运用B-Lynch缝合术加子宫动脉结扎。结果 45例术中均有效止血,保留了子宫,术后未发生严重并发症。结论 B-Lynch缝合加子宫动脉结扎是救治难治性产后出血的有效方法之一。
Objective To discuss clinical value of B-Lynch suture and ascending branch of uterine artery ligation in the postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Analysis was done on the 45 cases of incurable postpartum hemorrhage utilized B-Lynch suture and ascending branch of uterine artery ligationin in our hospital when the hemorrhage couldn′t be treated routinely.Results Forty-five cases achieved hemostasis with uterus preserved.No complications occurred.Conclusion B-Lynch suture and ascending branch of uterine artery ligation is one of effective treatments for incurable postpartum hemorrhage.
