摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜在鼻中隔偏曲患者的临床应用及护理。方法对58例鼻中隔偏曲行鼻内镜手术的患者给予术前、术中、术后护理及出院指导。结果 58例鼻中隔偏曲患者均取得良好的矫正效果,无并发症发生。结论鼻内镜手术前后的护理是手术成功的关键。
Objective To study the clinical application and nursing of patients with nasal septum deviation treated by nasal endoscope.Methods Instructions which included preoperation,intraoperation and postoperation and discharge periods were offered to 58 cases of nasal septum deviation treated with nasal endoscope.Results All cases with nasal septum deviation had a good correction,and no complications took place.Conclusion Good nursing before endoscopic sinus surgery is the key to success.
