摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科理念对于腹腔镜下回直肠侧侧吻合分流术治疗结肠慢传输型便秘护理的意义。方法对24例结肠传输型便秘的患者行腹腔镜下回直肠侧侧吻合分流术,将快速康复护理融于术前、术后护理,观察患者首次排气、排便时间和便秘症状的改善。结果患者首次排气、排便时间提前,术后并发症少。结论腹腔镜下回直肠侧侧吻合分流术的术前、术后护理遵循快速康复理念是安全、有效的,可以加速患者的康复。
Objective To discuss the nursing methods and explore the clinical effects of fast recovery nursing following ileum-rectum anastomosis laparoscopically for slow transit constipation.Methods Twenty-four colon slow transit constipation patients have been treated with laparoscopic ileum-rectum anastomosis with application fast recovery nursing in pre-operation and post-operation.The exhaust and defecation time and the improvement of constipation symptom were evaluated.Results The first exhaust and defecation time were shorter and the complications after surgery were reduced.Conclusion The application of fast recovery nursing following ileum-rectum anastomosis is safe and effective.
