摘要
目的探讨重度颅脑外伤合并胸外伤的观察要点与护理方法。方法回顾总结35例重度颅脑外伤合并胸外伤的护理体会,分析护士全面细致地观察病情,做出预见性的评估,实施全面整体护理措施的重要性。结果患者恢复正常工作、生活4例,基本生活自理7例,中残9例,重残11例,死亡4例。结论通过护士全面细致地观察病情,做出预见性的评估,实施全面整体的护理措施,有效的控制了疾病的发展和并发症的发生,促进了患者的康复。
Objective To explore the observation highlights and nursing methods of severe craniocerebral trauma merger chest trauma.Methods Thirty-five cases of severe craniocerebral trauma merger chest trauma combined with the nursing experience were retrospectively reviewed.It is analyzed that the thorough and careful observation of illness,the predictive evaluation and the implementation of comprehensive nursing measure on the part of nurses were important.Results Four cases resumed to normal life,7 cases of basic self-care,9 cases of moderate disability,11 cases of severe disability and 4 cases of death.Conclusion The nurses make a foreseeing and overall evaluation with the implementation of nursing measures through the thorough and careful observation of illness in order to take effective control of development and complications of the disease and also to promote the patients′ recovery.
