摘要
企业合作契约对于规范节点企业行为、提高合作效率具有重要作用。通过分析两种理念下企业合作契约形成机制,从合作范围、合作项目、合作效率等角度比较两种理念下企业合作契约,得出结论:供需网理念下形成的企业合作契约比供应链理念下形成的企业合作契约效果更好。
The enterprises cooperation contract plays a vital role in standardizing behavior of node enterprise and improving the efficiency of cooperation.The passage analyses the formation of the enterprises cooperation contract under the two kinds of idea,and it makes a comparison of the enterprises cooperation contract from the scope of cooperation,the projects of cooperation,the efficiency of cooperation under the two kinds of idea.The research shows that the effect of enterprise cooperation contract under the supply and demand network idea forms is better than the supply chain idea＇s.
