摘要
低碳经济是实现湖北经济可持续发展的重要途径。湖北应当以建设"低碳城市"为中心,通过促进居民生活方式与企业生产方式的转变,充分发挥湖北的区位优势、政策优势和科教优势,构建有利于低碳经济发展的法律约束体系、制度保障体系、政策支持体系和技术支撑体系,促进湖北低碳经济的发展,使之成为湖北转变经济增长方式的突破口,与此同时,重点发展电子信息、生态文化旅游、金融服务、循环农业和低碳装备制造五大低碳产业。
The low-carbon economy is an important way to achieve the sustainable development of Hubei economy.We should be to build ＂low-carbon city＂ as the center,promote changes in residents lifestyle and production methods,give full play to regional advantage,and policy advantage,science and education advantage of Hubei,construct the useful supporting system of law,regulation,institution,policy and technogy,promote the development of Hubei low-carbon economy,which will be the breakthrough to Hubei the economic growth pattern transformation.While we should focus on the development of electronic information,ecological and cultural tourism,financial services,cycle agriculture and low-carbon equipment manufacturing industry.
