摘要
通过分析目前传统供水监控系统的组网方式,提出了一种新的供水组网方式——基于串口服务器组网.并以LG-IG5系列变频器为例,介绍了它的组网过程、通讯协议和通讯软件的设计.该系统通过串口服务器将变频器与互联网相连,方便灵活地实现对供水系统的远程监控.系统结构简单,成本低,很好地适应了供水系统远程控制与网络化控制的需要.
A new mode was designed,That of networking for drum water unit with serial device servers,by analyzing the configuration of traditional drum water monitoring system.It described the process of networking,protocol and the design of communication software as the inverter of LG-IG5 series for example.It enabled the combination between the inverter and the internet through the serial device server by which the remote control of the waterworks is easily monitored.System is simple and low cost,With this configuration it well adaptes to the needs of the the remote control and the network control of the waterworks.
