肾嫌色细胞癌的超声影像表现 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨肾嫌色细胞癌超声显像的特点,提高超声对嫌色细胞癌的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析21例经病理证实的肾嫌色细胞癌患者超声资料。结果本组病例均为单发,瘤体大小1.8～10cm,中位数5.4cm;位于肾两极20例,中部1例;瘤体高回声15例,低回声5例,等回声1例;瘤体内血流信号比较丰富6例,多为动脉血流信号。内部出血、坏死、囊变3例,未发现肾静脉癌栓、肾周组织及淋巴结转移。结论肾嫌色细胞癌超声表现有一定特点,对该病的诊断及鉴别诊断较有价值。
