摘要
顶岗实习是高职实践教学体系不可缺少的重要环节,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的重要作用,但酒店管理专业的顶岗实习却存在许多问题,这既有学生自身的原因,也有企业的原因,还有学校管理方面的原因。解决这些问题的对策是:学校与酒店共同制定科学的实习计划;加强过程管理,确保顶岗实习质量;加强校外实习基地建设,建立稳定的高星级酒店实习基地。
Intership is an essential part of practical teaching system in higher vocational education and plays a vital role in the process of talent cultivation.However,as for the internship of hotel management,there still exsit many problems which are caused by students themselves,enterprises and school management.The paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve these problems including the following： schools and hotels making scientific practical plan together,strengthening process management to ensure the quality of internship,reinforcing outside school practice base construction and founding stable hotel practice base.
