摘要
选用纳米TiO2对沥青进行改性。采用自制紫外光源环境箱对基质沥青和改性沥青进行紫外线光老化试验,根据光老化前后沥青性能指标的变化,研究纳米TiO2对提高沥青抗光老化性能的作用。结果表明,紫外光照射后,改性沥青的低温延度明显高于基质沥青,且光照前后软化点的变化率也低于基质沥青,说明掺入纳米TiO2能明显提高沥青的抗光老化能力。
Nano-scaled TiO2 is chosen to modify asphalt. Asphalt photooxidation aging tests are performed in a self-made artificial ultraviolet radiation environment box. The anti-photooxidstion aging property of TiO2 modified asphalt and the blank asphalt are studied by comparison the before and after ultraviolet radiation performance. The test results show that the ductility of modified asphalt is apparently higher than that of the blank asphalt and the softening point change rate is lower than that of the blank asphalt after ultraviolet radiation, which proves the TiO2 modified asphalt has the resisting photooxidation aging performance.
