摘要
为高值化利用海参加工废弃液资源,对废弃液中皂苷类化学成分进行了研究。运用大孔吸附树脂层析、硅胶柱层析、制备高效液相色谱等技术从仿刺参加工废液中分离得到5个海参皂苷类化合物,采用现代波谱技术(MS,NMR等)并与文献报道数据进行比较分别鉴定为:holotoxin D(1)、holotoxin B1(2)、holotoxin A(3)、holotoxinA1(4)和cladoloside B(5)。这些化合物均系首次从仿刺参加工废液资源中分离得到,为海参加工废液的合理开发与利用奠定基础。
In order to explore higher applicative value of processing liquid waste of the sea cucumber, holothurian glycosides compounds from the processing liquid waste of the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus were investigated. The processing liquid waste was separated by macro-porous resin chromatography, silica gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography to obtain five compounds. On the basis of detailed spectroscopic a- nalysis and comparison of the reported data in the literature, they were holotoxin D (1) ,holotoxin B1 (2) ~holotoxin A (3) ,holotoxin A1 (4) and cladoloside B (5). All of the compounds were isolated from the Apostichopusjaponicus processing liquid waste for the first time. This study laid a foundation for rational utilization and development of processing liquid waste of the sea cucumber.
