摘要
目的：探讨应用腹腔镜辅助手术治疗乙状结肠冗长症的价值。方法：回顾分析为12例乙状结肠冗长症的成人患者施行腹腔镜辅助乙状结肠切除术的临床资料。结果：手术均获成功,术后患者恢复顺利,随访2~48个月,疗效满意。结论：腹腔镜辅助乙状结肠切除术具有微创、安全、康复快等优点,值得推广应用。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic-assisted surgery for adult redundant sigmoid colon.Methods：Clinical data of 12 cases of laparoscopic-assisted sigmoidectomy for adult redundant sigmoid colon was analyzed retrospectively.Results：All operations were successfully performed.The postoperative recovery was uneventful.The curative effect was satisfactory in the follow-up of 2 months to 4 years.Conclusions：Laparoscopic-assisted sigmoidectomy for redundant sigmoid colon has the advantages of minimal invasion,safety and rapid recovery,and is worthy of application.
