摘要
为进一步发展高性能轴流式叶轮机械叶片定制技术,本文提出了一种适于跨音速范围应用的轴流压气机转子叶型数值优化设计方法。并应用该系统对进口马赫数0.918的转子叶栅进行了设计及气动性能分析,通过与国外设计的同类叶栅的设计结果及风洞实验结果进行比较,验证了本文所用方法的有效性及精度。对比研究表明:采用本方法设计的叶栅具有低损失,宽稳定工作范围等优点。
We propose a new optimization design of an advanced transonic axial flow compressor cascade. We run performance tests of its compressor rotor blade section near tip span in a two dimensional wind tunnel, its inlet Mach number being 0.918. We compare our test results with that of a DLR design under the same design conditions. Both cascades show good performance: not only the total pressure loss is found to be low under design conditions, but also the off design performance is satisfactory. In Fig.6, the leftside curve is for NPU cascade and the rightside curve is for DLR cascade. Fig.6 shows that the low loss incidence operating range is wider for NPU cascade but the minimum total pressure loss is lower for DLR cascade. The NPU cascade is probably better in that the thickness distribution of its blade is more practical.
