摘要
针对当前农用地分析与评价决策系统中资源信息共享以及建立分析与评价农用地的决策模型等方面存在的不足,设计农用地分析与评价决策系统的数据库、体系结构以及详细的功能模块,研究海量数据的集成整合、WebGIS技术、可视化技术、组件技术与C/S和B/S结构的应用等关键技术。采用ArcIMS二次开发以及可视化技术,以农用地地块分析子模块为例展示系统应用,实现数据高效管理,辅助决策,动态图例可视化、遥感影像图、三维飞行虚拟显示等视觉效果。该系统为农用地资源的信息化、政府有关部门的科学决策提供信息与技术支撑。
Aiming at the deficiencies in to resource information sharing and the establishment of decision-making model of analysis and evaluation of farmland in the current farmland analysis and evaluation decision-making system a farmland analysis and evaluation decision-making system is needed to solve these problems.This paper edals with integration of multi-source data,component technology,the application of C/S and B/S structure and visualization based on Oracle,WebGIS,Xtree,FushionCharts,Fckeditor,Skyline,JSP and other key technologies.The architecture for the farmland analysis and evaluation decision-making system,the database and the modules for detailed functions were designed,using ArcIMS advanced development technology.The application of the system was demonstrated by taking the block analysis sub-module as an example.This implemented a centralized and efficient data management,decision support,visual effects and interfaces including dynamic legend visualization,remote sensing image,three-dimensional virtual display of flight and picture,video,brief introduction management.The system provides information and technological support for the information of farmland resources and scientific decision-making in the government departments of Beijing City.
