摘要
对“科研数据库管理系统”作了系统分析，在对信息结构、数据关系、数据的一致性和完整性分析的基础上建立了数据库。
In this paper ,the system analysis for the Database system of S&R management is given. The database was built based on the information structure, the data relationship, the data consistency and integrality. Then the implementation of each module according to the system function analysis is given. Finally, the system was tested and runs smoothly.
