摘要
目的:探讨因超声误诊妊娠滋养叶疾病(gestational trophoblastic disease,GTD)的原因,提高超声对滋养叶疾病诊断的准确率。方法:对37例经临床病理证实为GTD患者的超声特征、血清β-HCG、子宫动脉及病灶内的血流信号进行回顾性分析。结果:37例滋养细胞疾病患者初次经黑白超声因超声图像不典型全部漏诊或误诊。结论:在滋养细胞疾病超声声像图不典型时如不仔细结合β-HCG、子宫动脉及病灶血流信号特点,极易造成误诊。
Objective：To analyze the ultrasonic misdiagnosis reasons of gestational trophoblastic disease（GTD）cases for achieving a higher rate of diagnostic accuracy of GTD.Methods：Retrospective study on 37 misdiagnosis cases of GTD confirmed by clinical pathology were performed with ultrasonic feature,serum β-HCG level,bloodstream signal of uterine artery and focus of infection.Results：37 cases of GTD were missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis by black and white ultrasonic diagnosis for the non-typical features.Conclusion：Using serum β-HCG level,bloodstream signal of uterine artery and focus of infection is very important to reduce the misdiagnosis of GTD without typical ultrasonic feature.
