64排螺旋CT冠脉成像在冠心病诊治中的临床应用价值 被引量:11

The Clinical Value of 64-Slice Spiral CT in Diagnose and Therapy for Coronary Artery Disease

摘要 目的:评价64排螺旋CT在冠心病诊治中的临床应用价值。方法:选择50例临床可疑诊断冠心病患者,进行64排螺旋CT冠脉成像和冠脉照影,以冠脉照影为金标准,将结果进行对比分析。结果:64排螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的灵敏度为89.74%,特异度为89.34%,准确度为89.5%,阳性预测值为84.34%,阴性预测值为93.16%。结论:64排螺旋CT在冠心病诊治中有非常重要的临床应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT in diagnose and therapy for CAD.Methods:50 patients with suspected CAD were received 64-slice spiral CT and CAG,then a contrast study was taken between two of them.Results:Taking CAG as gold standard,the sensitivity、specificity、accuracy、positive and negative predictive value of 64-slice Spiral CT in diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis(≥50%)is89.74%、89.34%、89.5%、84.34% and 93.16%.Conclusion:64-slice Spiral CT has a high clinical value in diagnose and therapy for CAD.
