摘要
以自制的新型二氮杂萘酮联苯酚为单体,与二氟二苯酮,2,6-二氯苯腈共聚合成了一种新型聚芳醚酮腈材料.该材料具有较高的玻璃化转变温度(Tg=275℃),同时也具有较好的力学性能.本文对该材料的结构和性能进行了分析和表征,结果表明该材料具有较好的综合性能,尤其具有较好的溶解性能.
In this paper, a novel poly (aryl ether ketone nitrile) is prepared from the 4- (4-hydroxylphenyl)which is reacted with diflurodiphenyketone and dichlorobenzon,itrile. The iR and DSC of this polymer weredetected. It shows the polymer has high Tg lass temperature, Ti =275 °C. Also the solubility and the mechanicalproperty of the polymer was Studied. The results showed this polymer could be act as a high-temperature adhesive.
