从系统观和演化观上认识和描述技术创新扩散过程，是一种重要的研究方向和方法．本文运用系统理论，在定义技术创新扩散系统与环境基础上，讨论了技术创新扩散系统的演化特征和自组织演化过程．
it is an important trend and method that we understand and describe the process of technologyinnovation diffusion with the view of system and evolution theory. In this papef, technology innovation diffusionsystem and its context are defined first, and then the evolution characteristics and self-organization evolutionprocess of technology innovation diffusion system are demonstrated.
