摘要
报导了用LD纵向泵浦Nd:YAG晶体连续运转激光器实验研究结果.采用多组透镜构成的光学耦合系统准直、聚焦LD光束,用透过率为3%、曲率半径为300mm的输出镜耦合输出.在泵浦功率为1.33W时,获得1.06μm波长的激光输出功率为360mW,斜率效率为35.3%,光一光转换效率为18.9%.
Experimental result of LD end-pumping Nd: YAG is presented. Used the lens brigade to collimating and focusing LD-pumped laser. The output power of 360 mW, the optical-optical conversion efficiencyof 18.9 %, and the slop efficiency of 35.3 % is obtained, at the pumped power of l.33W, and with outputmirror of transmission of 3% and radius of curvatUre of 300 mm.
