摘要
目的探讨绿茶提取物EGCG对人舌癌细胞株Tca8113体外凋亡的影响。方法体外培养人舌癌Tca8113细胞,采用不同浓度的EGCG对其进行干预,用AO/EB荧光染色法和DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳法检测其对舌癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果在EGCG的作用下,舌癌Tca8113细胞的凋亡具有浓度依赖性。结论 EGCG可能通过增加细胞凋亡达到抗癌作用。
Objective It is to approach the influence of green tea extractive EGCG on apoptosis of human tongue carcinoma Tca8113 cells in vitro.Methods Human tongue carcinoma Tca8113 cells were cultured in vitro.The influence of EGCG in varying concentration and time on apoptosis of human tongue carcinoma Tca8113 cells was measured by AO/EB fluorescence method and agarose gel electrophoresis.Results In action of EGCG,the apoptotic rate of human tongue carcinoma Tca8113 cells has concentration dependent.Conclusion EGCG achieves its anti-human tongue carcinoma effect by increasing the apoptosis.
