摘要
在推导Terfenol磁致伸缩棒工作的等效电路时,考虑了与其一道构成闭合磁路的外部材料。研究表明:外部磁路材料在等效电路中的作用相当于在电路两端并联一个电感,选择高磁导率的材料作为外部磁路材料,可忽略它带来的电感影响,有利于减小漏磁损耗。
Terfenol bars are widely used in magnetostrictive transducers. The magnetic circuit in such a transducer must by experience contain highly permeable material external to terfenol bar. We employed the idea of magnetostrictive equivalent electrical circuit to explain why highly permeable material should be used. Through mathematical derivation, we obtained a magnetostrictive equivalent circuit (Fig.2) which is different from conventional ones. In Fig.2, the external material is analogous to a parallel inductance in the electrical terminal of the circuit. The inductance is given by eq.(18). If the permeability of the external material ( μ in eq.18) is great enough, the analogous inductance can be neglected and an energyefficient transducer is obtained.
