摘要
通过作者亲身调研,从护理教育结构与水平、毕业文凭、学制、入学标准、临床实习、师资队伍建设等方面介绍了瑞士护理职业教育的改革与现状,以期为我国护理职业教育改革提供有益的借鉴之处。
The paper introduces the current status and reform of nursing education in Switzerland, including structure and level, diploma, schooling, admission criteria, clinical practice, and teaching team building of the vocational nursing educational system. It will provide useful reference for China＇ s reform in vocational nursing education.
