摘要
素质教育是培养人才的教育,其目的是培养思想素质高、身心健康、适应社会需要的人才。素质拓展训练是实施素质教育的具体措施和有效载体,是社会发展、学生成长成才的需要,是专业教育的有机补充。在高校学生工作中引入素质拓展训练,有利于进一步增强大学生思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。
The purpose of quality-oriented education is to train talented personnel. It aims to make students have high political thought, good health and adaptability to the society. Quality extension training is one of the most concrete and effective ways to implement quality-oriented education. It is the requirement of social development and students＇ growth. It is also a complement to specialized education. Bringing the quality extension training into university will enhance the effectiveness of management of students＇ ideology.
