摘要
古代书院的"教"与"学"精神为现代教育教学理论提供了一定的借鉴意义。随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,现代住宿书院已成为近年来高等学校学生管理模式的一项创举,也是西安交大实施第二个百年育人思路的一种尝试。本文分析了当代大学生的新特点及学生工作面临的挑战,并根据我校建设世界一流高水平大学的目标,将书院文化教育理念运用于大学生综合素质教育中,提出了若干具有书院特点的学生工作新思路和教育方法,以期有助于我校住宿书院制建设,促进大学生成长成才。
The ＂education＂ and ＂learning＂ spirit of ancient college can provide certain reference for the mod- em educational theory. As China＇ s higher education reform is deepened, in recent years the modern residential college has become a major pioneering of student management model in colleges and universities, and has also been an attempt to implement the education plan of Xi＇ an Jiaotong University in the second century. This paper analyzes the new features of contemporary college students and challenges in their management. According to our university＇ s goal to build a world-class university, cultural and educational philosophy will be used to improve the overall quality of college student education. Furthermore, a number of new ideas for work and education ways are proposed to help our university with the construction of the residential college system, and promote the growth of college students.
