摘要
以径向柱塞液压马达为研究对象,详细分析了柱塞腔内压力的变化过程,建立了柱塞腔内动态压力的数学模型,通过相应的仿真发现,柱塞经过下死点后,腔内压力的延迟降低到回油压力,将大大地增加马达轴上的阻力矩.当马达低速运行时,将是影响马达的低速稳定性的一个重要因素,为了提高马达的低速稳定性,就要严格控制马达的配流遮盖量.
Through analysis of transient cylinder pressure in the connecting - rod camshaft hydraulic motors, mathematical models are established for instantaneous pressure. Simulations show the cylinder pressure which defers its reduction to return pressure causes an obvious rise in resistance torque which is one of the important factors having effeet on stability at low speed. Therefore the distribution overlap of motor must he stricily controlled.
