摘要
目的:通过对苣荬菜的生药学研究,为苣荬菜的开发利用、质量标准的制定及生药学方面的研究提供依据。方法:采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定的方法进行研究,并对其主要成分黄酮进行含量测定。结果:苣荬菜性状、显微、理化特征明显,与同科属苦荬菜等有明显的不同,且不同产地的黄酮含量有差异。结论:研究结果可作为苣荬菜生药质量标准制定的依据。
Objective: To provide the evidence for the establishment of quality standard, pharmacognostic studies and the further utilization of the herba Soncha arvensa, through the study on their pharmacognostic characteristics. Methods: The characters and microscopy characteristics of herba Sonchae arvensae were identified according to their morphological characteristics, and their physicochemical characteristics were identified, and determine the content of flavonoids. Results: The characteristics, microscopic and physicochemistryof the herba Sonchae arvensae were much different from such as the herba Ixerae polycephalae. Determined the content of flavonoids from two batches sample of herba Sonchae arvensae , the results were 0. 7136mg/g and 0. 7834mg/g. Conclusion: The study outcomes can be taken as the basis for setting up the quality standard of the herba Sonchae arvensae. Flavonoids content is a high flavonoid content in Zhongshan city. There was a relationship between the accumulating of active ingredients and latitude.
