1604株医院感染病原菌及耐药性分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的了解我院医院感染常见病原菌的分布及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法统计分析我院各科室2008年1月-2009年12月报告的医院感染病原菌及其耐药情况。结果共分离病原菌1604株,其中革兰阴性菌834株(52.0%),革兰阳性菌554株(34.54%),真菌216株(13.47%)。金黄色葡萄球菌(200株)、铜绿假单胞菌(181株)、大肠杆菌(148株)、克雷伯菌属(143)、肠球菌属(140株)占前5位。结论要优化多重耐药菌感染的预防控制策略,定期总结医院感染及病原菌耐药趋势,采取综合性的感染防控措施,减少耐药菌的传播。
