摘要
中国石油新疆油田分公司采油二厂引进可洗井螺杆泵进行试用,但在生产中螺杆泵井陆续出现泵效低、高动液面的现象,产液量达不到设计产能。通过大量的现场试验与分析,找到了一种经济可行、科学合理的解决方案,并在实际生产过程中得到了验证。
When No 2 Oil Production Factory of Xinjiang Oilfield Sub-Company in CNPC introduced the well-flushing screw pump and made a trial,some problems,such as the low efficiency of pump,the high surface of moving liquid,and the amount of liquid production that is unable to reach the production capacity of design,frequently appeared at the wells of screw pump in the oil production.Based on a number of field tests and analyses,an economic,feasible,scientific and rational solution has been found out,and has been verified in the practice of production.
