光伏发电系统中蓄电池充电的数字控制研究

摘要 针对光伏三相并网发电系统中蓄电池充电和放电特性难控制的特点,采用全数字控制三相桥式全控整流,根据不同时段的充电情况,控制晶闸管(SCR)的触发角,适时控制蓄电池充电电压和电流大小,确保蓄电池放电后及时有效地充电,从而精确地控制蓄电池的恒压、恒流充电。用DSP作为中央处理器实现蓄电池充电所有的性能和功能,FPGA控制晶闸管SCR的触发导通角,确保SCR按顺序导通,并根据检测蓄电池的充电情况确定导通角的大小。实验表明该数字控制可使三相桥式整流出来的直流电流、电压有效地给蓄电池充电。 According to the working characteristics of battery on charging and discharging of battery,a full digital of photovoltaic three-phase grid-connected system is presented.According to the process of fast-charge,over-charge and float-charge,the constant-voltage and constant-current of battery charging controller are exact controlled by controlling the firing angle of SCR,the real-time monitor to the charging voltage and current ensures charge process being started in time.In response to the charge features of photovoltaic system,one type of charge controller is designed,which based on DSP to ensure the six SCR conduct in sequence and confirm the conduct-angle by monitoring the battery.The experimental results indicate this digital control method could charge the battery effectively.
