摘要
企业动态能力较为抽象,具有"内隐"性和难以检验性。度量企业动态能力的关键在于探索一种新的路径与方法——首先必须对企业动态能力进行分解,使之具体化,然后运用相关指标进行度量。企业动态能力可分为五大子能力:环境感知能力、整合重置能力、学习吸收能力、组织柔性能力和变革创新能力。文章在分析企业动态能力具体化的基础上,设计相应的评价指标,运用计量指标和非计量指标对企业动态能力及其子能力进行度量。
s an abstract concept, dynamic capabilities of enterprises are implicit and difficult to verify. The key measure of enterprise dynamic capabilities is to explore a new path and method: first, it must be decomposed the dynamic capabilities of enterprises, and make them concrete, then using the relevant index to measure them. Dynamic capabilities of enterprise can be divided into five sub-capacities, including environmental perception ability, integration reset ability, learning absorptive capacity, organizational flexibility ability and reform innovation capacity. Based on this, appropriate evaluation index is designed, using measurable index and non-measurable index, dynamic abilities of enterprise and their sub-capacity are measured.
