摘要
采用电化学方法,制备了不同染料掺杂的聚苯胺薄膜,同时对染料掺杂后聚苯胺的结构和性能进行了表征,对其在紫外可见光区的吸收特性进行了研究.研究结果表明:染料掺杂后的聚合物薄膜电导率分别为:直接耐晒蓝掺杂为0.142S/cm;直接耐晒翠蓝掺杂为1.05S/cm;直接耐晒黑掺杂为0.796S/cm.直接耐晒蓝、直接耐晒翠蓝、直接耐晒黑掺杂均可使聚苯胺在可见光谱范围内的光吸收增强,可较大幅度地改善聚苯胺的光谱响应范围,同时又使得有机染料掺杂后的聚苯胺薄膜保持很高的电导率.另外。
Doping of polyaniline with dyes by electrochemical polymerization is presented. The polyaniline thin films with different structure and properties are obtained. The effect of organic dye doped emeraldine salt on the absorption spectra is discussed in details. The conductivity of PAn thin films sensitized with dyes of C.I. direct blue 71, C.I. direct blue 86 and C.I. direct black 19 is 0.142 , 1.05 and 0.79 S/cm respectively. The photoelectrical properties of polyaniline can be improved by doping these dyes. Mixture of dye doped composite films can also enhance the absorption of polyaniline in visible light spectrum and their thermal stability varies with the dyes.
