摘要
【目的】观察健康教育对老年糖尿病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。【方法】117例老年糖尿病患者分为对照组（57例）和观察组（60例）。两组均给予常规药物治疗和护理，观察组在此基础上针对患者的治疗依从性在按时服药、监测血糖等方面进行健康教育，随访6个月后评价两组治疗依从性的差异以及血糖控制、生活质量评分结果。【结果】观察组完全治疗依从率91．7％，明显高于对照组49．1％（P〈0．01）：随访6个月，观察组血糖下降明显，生活质量评分优于对照组（P〈0．05）。【结论】健康教育可明显提高老年糖尿病患者治疗的依从性和生活质量及降糖效果。
[Objective] To observe the effect of health education on the treatment compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, [Methods] According to odd and even numbers at admission, 117 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into control group（ n=57） and the observation group （ n = 60）. Both groups were given conventional medical treatment and care. The observation group was given health education about taking medicine on time and monitoring blood glucose based on conventional medical treatment and care. After the follow up for 6 months, the difference in the treatment compliance between two groups was evaluated. [Results] The complete treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 91.7 which was significantly higher than that in the control group（49.1%）（ P〈0.01）. After the follow up for 6 months, the blood glucose in the observation group decreased more significantly than that in the control group （ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Health education can significantly improve the treatment compliance, quality of life and hypoglycemic effect of elderly diabetic patients.
