摘要
特发性肺纤维化是一种原因不明、以弥漫性肺泡炎和肺泡结构紊乱最终导致肺间质纤维化为特征的疾病。临床表现为进行性加重的劳力性呼吸困难、咳嗽、咳痰等。其病因与遗传因素、病毒感染、特异质等因素有关。发病机制除与慢性炎症、各种致纤维化因子有关外,还与Th1/Th2的失衡等许多的因素有关。现对中医药在抑制慢性炎症、抑制各种致纤维化因子形成、改善Th1/Th2平衡等方面的实验、临床研究以及中医药临床疗效方面进行综述。
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is an unexplained diffuse alveolar inflammation,and ultimately led to the alveoli in disorder interstitial lung diseases to feature fiber.The clinical manifestation contains a progressive increase breathing difficulties exertional,cough,sputum,etc.Its causesd by genetic factors,virus infection,related to such diathesis factors.The pathogenesis related to the chronic inflammation and unbalance of Th1/Th2 factors.This paper summarized the Chinese traditional medicine in inhibiting chronic inflammation,restraining various formation,improving Th1 fibrosis of factor of Th2 balance and clinical research.
