重组白细胞介素-2对小鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究重组白细胞介素2(rIL- 2) 对下丘脑- 垂体- 肾上腺轴的作用。方法:采用rIL- 2 静脉注入(B组注入前用抗- CRH 血清预处理) ,测定注入rIL- 2 后不同时间CRH,ACTH 及CORT 血浆含量变化。结果:rIL- 2 可使不同水平的CRH,ACTH,CORT 血浆含量升高(A 组)( P< 0-01) ,当预先注入抗- CRH 血清后ACTH、CORT 的升高不被阻断(B 组) 。结论:rIL- 2 对HPAA 的激活作用不是通过CRH AIM and METHODS: In order to clarify the mechanism which interleukin-2(IL-2) activated the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPAA) in mice, adopted iv administration of rIL-2 [B group before inject by the pretreatment was pretreated with coticotropin-releasing-hormone(CRH) antiserum], followed rIL-2 iv injected 10 min later at variation time concentration of CRH, adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and corticosterone (CORT) in the plasma were determined. RESULTS:Level of CRH, ACTH and CORT of A group by rIL-2 induced got to peak in time 120 min( P<0.01 ), but ACTH and CORT of B group response to rIL-2 was not blocked by the pretreatment with CRH antiserum. CONCLUSION:The rIL-2 activation HPAA should not be mediated by endogenous CRH.
