摘要
目的：通过试验确定，苦黄注射液细菌内毒检查法的可行性。方法：用最大有效稀释法排除苦黄注射液对鲎试剂凝集反应的干扰。结果：苦黄注射液样品对鲎试剂的凝集反应有抑制作用，但可用稀释法消除干扰。结论：细菌内毒素检查法可以代替热原检查法。
Objective To determine the feasibility of kuhuang injection using defermination of endotoxin in bacteria. Methods To exclude the interence of kuhuang injection to the coagulating reaction of kuhuang injection to the coagulating reaction of Techypleus Amebocyte Lysate(TAL) through MVD method. Conclusions Bacterial endotoxin test may replace pyrogen test.
