偶氮氯膦mK与铍的荧光反应及其应用 被引量:1

FLUORESCENT REACTION OF BERYLLIUM WITH CHLOROPHOSPHONAZO-mK AND ITS ANALYTICAL APPLICATIONS

摘要 研究了偶氮氯膦mK(CPA-mK)与铍在水溶液及乙醇-水溶液中的荧光反应,并发展了一种测定痕量铍的新荧光光度法.在上述两种介质中,荧光螯合物的最大激发波长和最大发射波长几乎不变,分别为570.9nm,620.8nm,但后者的荧光强度为前者的3倍以上.反应适宜的pH范围分别为4.0—9.0(水溶液)和5.9—7.2(乙醇-水溶液).测定了螯合物的组成并研究了共存离子的影响及干扰的消除,方法具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性,可用于环境水样和铜合金中痕量铍的测定. A spectrof-luorimetry is .proposed for determination of beryllium, based on its reaction with chloropliosphonazo-mK (CPA-mK) in aqueous solution and cthanol-aqucous solution. The complex shows maximum excitation at 570.9 nm and maximum emission wavelength at 620.8 nm in pH 4.0-9.0 aqueous solution and pH 5.9-7.2 cthanol-aqueous solution. But the fluorescence intensity of the latter is three times more than that of the former. The complex composition is Be (II): CPA-mK =1:1 as established by the Job's method of continuous variation and the molar ratio method. The interference levels of foreign ions and mask procedures were studied. T, he method has good sensitivity and selectivity, so it can be applied -.to the determination of trace beryllium in environment water samples and copper alloys.
