摘要
目的:探讨蓝斑复合核在呼吸调节中的作用及机制。方法:本实验采用脑内核团微量注射的方法,实验在27只麻醉、制动、切断双侧颈迷走神经和人工通气的家兔上进行。结果:在家兔蓝斑复合核微量注入利多卡因20μg/μl,呼吸频率和膈神经放电频率减慢,动脉血压无明显变化。于延髓孤束核区预注射α2-受体阻断剂育亨宾4μg/μl,可明显拮抗利多卡因阻滞蓝斑复合核区的呼吸抑制效应。结论:蓝斑复合核参与呼吸调节,此作用可能部分通过延髓孤束核区的α2受体介导。
Objective: To understand the role and mechanisms of the complex nucleus of locus cerulus(CNLC) in the regulation of respiration.HZMethods: Lutracranial microinjction was adopted in this experiment,which was performed with 27 rabbits. Results: The injection of 2-receptor repressor into bular nucleus of solitary tract obviously antagonized the depression of respiration resulting from the lidocaine blockage of CNLC.WT5HZConclution: CNLC plays a role in the respiratory regulation through the transmision of 2-receptors of the bulbar nucleus of solitary tract.
