摘要
目的 探讨静脉高浓度补钾在体外循环术后早期应用的效果和安全性。方法 对120 例体外循环术后早期病人用电子注射泵经中心静脉以10‰~50 ‰氯化钾补钾,观察低钾血症纠正的速度及不良反应。结果 多数病人在2 ~5 小时纠正低钾血症,且未见不良反应。结论 体外循环术后早期在严密的监测下静脉应用10 ‰~50 ‰浓度氯化钾纠正低钾血症十分有效,相对安全。
Objective Study the effect and safety of early supplement of high concentration of intravenous potassium after cardiac pulmonary bypass.Methods Observe the duration of correcting hypokalemia and side effects of early supplement at high concentration of potassium chloride at ten to fifty ten thousandths by electronic injection pump in one hundred and twenty patients after CPB.Reaults Hypokalemia was correctd in most patients after 2~5 hours of CPB and no side effects were observed.Conclusion Early supplement at high concentration of potassium chloride at the concentration of ten to fifty ten thousandths under strict surveillance after CPB was effective and safe.
