摘要 为了给天然气供热用户选择供热方案时提供技术经济的依据,需要对天然气供热方案进行经济性分析。为此,在建立天然气热泵供热过程经济分析模型的基础上,采用对天然气热泵供热过程进行模拟计算的方法,得出了其供热过程的年费用和主要参数的影响规律,并与天然气锅炉、电动热泵等供热过程进行了经济比较。结果表明:①天然气热泵供热效率为天然气锅炉热效率的1.6倍,天然气价格为2.6元/m3时,天然气热泵供热总费用仅为天然气锅炉供热总费用的83%;天然气价格越高,天然气热泵的经济效益越显著;②在供热量和其他参数相同的前提下,天然气价格为2.2元/m3时天然气热泵供热总费用与电价为0.6元/kWh时的电动热泵供热总费用相当。 The economic analysis is so necessary to be made of the natural gas heat-supply projects that customers will have a better choice according to the available technical and economic indexes.In view of this,an economic analysis model was first made on the heat-supply process of a natural gas heat pump,based on which a simulation calculation was then done to obtain the annual cost of the heat-supply process and the influence laws of the involved main factors.Moreover,technical and economic comparison was made among a gas heat pump,a gas burner,and an electrical heat pump,from which the following conclusions are presented: the heat-supply efficiency of a gas heat pump is 1.6 times that of a gas burner;the cumulative cost of the heat-supply process for a gas heat pump is only 83% of that for a gas burner when the gas price is at 2.6 Yuan RMB/m3;the higher price the natural gas,the more obviously favorable the economic profit of a gas heat pump;provided that the heat-supply quantity and other parameters are all the same,the cumulative cost of the heat-supply process for a heat pump when the gas price is at 2.6 Yuan RMB/m3 is equivalent to that for an electrical heat pump when the electricity price is at 0.6 Yuan RMB/kWh.
