摘要
利用红外气体分析仪测定甘薯叶片发育和衰老过程中光合特性的变化.测得的光饱和点为20—35klx,其变化与叶绿素含量的变化相一致;发育中叶片的光补偿点为0.5—0.7klx,随着叶片的衰老光补偿点明显提高,在第十三叶达到6klx;第三叶的CO_2补偿点为66 ppm,随着叶片的发育和衰老,CO_2补偿点逐渐提高;发育中叶片的光合最适温度为30℃.第七叶对较高温度的适应性比第三叶更强.衰老叶片的光合最适温度为25℃.研究结果表明,叶片的光合特性与其发育和衰老程度有关.
The photosynthetic characteristics during development and senescence of sweet potato leaves were measured by using PQW infrared gas analyzer. Light saturation points were measured to be from 20 klx to 35 klx. The changes of light saturation point were auordant with of chlorophyll content. The light compensation points of the developing leaves were 0.5-0.7 klx. it greatly rise with the senescence. The CO2 compensation point of the third leaf was 66 ppm and it gradually rise with the development and senescence of leaves. The photo-synthetic optimum temperature of the developing leaves was 30C- It was evident that the adaption of the seventh leaf to higher temperature is stronger than the third one. The photosynthetic optimum temperature of the senescing leaves was 25C. The results of research indicated that the photosynthetic characteristics is relative to the degree of development and senescence of leaves.
