三种不同内固定方法治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨不同内固定方法治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法将2005年1月至2010年12月90例胫骨平台骨折患者根据Schatzker分型随机分为3组,分别给予倒L型钢板或T型钢板、高尔夫型钢板(Golf)和锁定加压钢板(LCP)3种不同内固定方法治疗,每组各30例,观察3种内固定方法对胫骨平台骨折的治疗效果。结果随访0.5。2.0年,平均1.3年,LCP固定组的优良率明显高于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论根据患者胫骨平台骨折特点,选择合适的入路方式,能提高胫骨平台骨折治疗的临床疗效和预后。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of different internal fixation methods in treatment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods Ninety eases of tibial plateau fracture in this hospital during January 2005 to December 2010 were divided into 3 groups aeeording to Sehatzker's classification, they were accordingly ehosen with pour L model T steel plate, Golf and LCP three different internal fixation method for treatment, and the therapeutic effects of these three internal fixation methods for treatment of fibial plateau fracture were observed. Results The excellent rate of LCP fixed group was better than that of other groups after follow - up observation for 0. 5 to 2.0 years with an average of 1.3 years, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The right way for treatment of tibial plateau fracture can be chosen according to the characteristics of fracture, thus it can improve the clinical efficacy of treatment and prognosis.
