摘要
目的分析丙型肝炎患者的免疫球蛋白、自身免疫抗体水平变化及其相互关系。方法 56例HCV-Ab阳性患者为研究组,48例健康检查者为对照组。类风湿因子、免疫球蛋白采用免疫透射比浊法检测;抗核抗体、抗平滑肌抗体用免疫荧光法检测;抗双链DNA抗体、抗Smith抗体和抗核糖核蛋白抗体用免疫印迹法检测;抗心磷脂抗体、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体和抗甲状腺微粒体抗体用化学发光法检测。结果 ①HCV-Ab阳性组与正常对照组相比,IgA、IgG、IgM值均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。②对56例HCV-Ab阳性血样进行了自身抗体检测,有24例检出44项自身抗体。③自身抗体阳性组与自身抗体阴性组相比,IgA、IgG、IgM均升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);自身抗体阴性患者组与健康对照组比较,IgA、IgG均升高(P<0.05),IgM水平没有明显变化(P>0.05)。结论丙型肝炎患者的免疫球蛋白、自身免疫抗体水平均升高;其自身免疫反应产生的自身免疫性抗体可能是引起体内免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平升高的原因之一。
[Objective]To analyze the level changes of autoimmune antibodies and immunoglobulin and their interrelation of patients with Hepatitis C. [Methods]The study recruited 56 cases of HCV-Ab positive as study group and 48 healthy subject as control group.Rheumatoid factor and immunoglobulin were detected with immune transmission turbidity;immunofluorescence was adopted for detection of antinuclear antibody,anti-smooth muscle antibodies;immunoblotting for detection of anti-double-stranded DNA antibodies,anti-Smith antibody and anti-ribonucleoprotein antibodies;chemoluminescence method for anticardiolipin antibody,anti-thyroglobulin antibody and anti-thyroid microsomal antibody. [Results]①As compared with control group,higher levels of IgA、IgG、IgM were observed in HCV-Ab positive group（P0.05 or P0.01）.②24 cases with 44 autoimmune antibodies were found among the 56 blood samples of HCV-Ab-positive.③ comparing autoantibody-positive group and autoantibody-negative group,higher levels of IgA,IgG,IgM were observed in the first group.（P0.05 or P0.01）;as compared with the control group,higher levels of IgA,IgG were observed in autoantibody-negative group,except for IgM（P0.05）. [Conclusion]The level of autoimmune antibodies as well as immunoglobulin is higher in the patients with hepatitis;the autoimmune antibodies may be contributed to higher levels of IgA,IgG,IgM in the hepatitis C patients.
