摘要
文章通过文献调研的方式总结我国数字图书馆建设的学术关注度,以案例形式分析"三网融合"在我国数字图书馆界的引用,并提出在全新理念指导下的资源和服务建设策略。
The scholarly attention of digital library construction is summaried by literature review, and analyzes the application of the integration of three networks＇ implementation in digital library by cases, at last the paper proposes the strategies of resource and service construction under the guidance of new concept.
