摘要
建立电子节气门数学模型并进行非线性分析,找到了其难于控制的原因。设计了模糊智能PID复合控制系统,提出了控制策略,阐述了XC16X单片机在节气门控制中的应用。利用示波器对比了增加控制算法前、后电子节气门控制效果。结果表明,不加控制算法时节气门位置有明显的阶跃现象和超调现象,而增加模糊智能PID算法和控制策略以后。
A mathematic model of the electronic throttle is built and nonlinear analysis is made,and the cause of difficulty in controlling it is found.Intelligent fuzzy PID compound controller is designed and control strategy is proposed,application XC16X single-chip in throttle control is described in the paper.The effect of control with the front and rear electronic throttle before and after using the control algorithm with oscilloscope is compared.The results show that without the control algorithm,position of throttle has obvious step and overshooting phenomenon,whereas with the fuzzy intelligent PID algorithm and control strategy,the step and overshooting of throttle is basically eliminated.
