摘要
以侧置喷油器的缸内直喷汽油机为对象,采用数值计算分析方法对混合气形成过程和喷油器安装角度对缸内混合气形成的影响进行了分析。结果表明,缸内气体流动对燃油喷束形态影响很大;转速不同时,缸内混合气形成过程差异较大;点火时刻的缸内混合气成分对喷油器安装角度较为敏感,可以通过改变喷油器安装角度在一定程度上优化缸内混合气的成分。
With numerical-computation as the analysis approach,an investigation on the influence of injector mounting angle on the fuel mixture formation was conducted for a GDI engine with side-mounted injectors.The results show that the gas flow inside cylinders influences fuel spray shape greatly;the fuel mixture formation process differs greatly at different engine speeds;and in-cylinder fuel mixture components at ignition time is sensitive to the injector mounting angle,thus the in-cylinder fuel mixture components can be optimized by changing injector mounting angle to some extent.
