摘要
目的:建立麻藤止眩散中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定麻藤止眩散中天麻素的含量。采用C18反相键合硅胶柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(3∶97)为流动相,检测波长220 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:天麻素对照品进样量在0.1～0.8μg内呈线性关系(r=0.999 8),稳定性试验RSD 0.94%,精密度试验RSD 0.76%,重复性试验RSD 1.1%,平均回收率为98.1%,RSD 1.01%。结论:该法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好等特点,可作为麻藤止眩散的质量控制方法。
Objective：To determine the content of gastrodin in Mateng Zhixuan San by HPLC.Method： High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was appatiecl to determinae gastrodin content in Mateng Zhixuan San on RP C18 bonded with silica gel column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water（3∶97） as mobile phase,detection wavelength 220 nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result： Gastrodin was linear in the range of 0.1-0.8 μg（r=0.999 8）,RSD was 0.94%,precision test RSD was 0.76% and reproducibility test RSD was 1.1%.The average recovery was 98.1% and RSD was1.01%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple and sensitive for the quality control of this preparation.
