摘要
目的探讨益气排石汤联合二金散治疗早期泌尿系结石的临床效果。方法 100例早期泌尿系结石患者作为研究对象被随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予适当饮水和运动。实验组给予益气排石汤联合二金散治疗。结果实验组痊愈率(x2=6.027,P<0.05)和总有效率(x2=19.141,P<0.05)显著优于对照组。对照组结石开始排出平均时间显著快于实验组(t=2.348,P<0.05)。结论对早期泌尿系统结石患者应用益气排石汤联合二金散加以治疗,效果显著,安全性高,可显著提高患者生活质量,是值得临床考虑和应用的治疗方案之一。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of yiqi row stone soup combined with two gold scattered used in treatment for patients with urolithiasis at early stage.Methods 100 cases of patients with urolithiasis at early stage as studied object were randomly divided into experiment group and control group on average.Control group were given therapy of watering and sporting,and experiment group were given therapy of yiqi row stone soup combined with two gold scattered.Results The cured rate（x2=6.027,P0.05） and total effective rate（x2=19.141,P0.05） in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group.The beginning time of expelling stone in control group was significantly quicker than that in control group（t=2.348,P0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi row stone soup combined with two gold scattered used for urolithiasis at early stage,has high effect and safety,it can enhance life quality of patients significantly,so it is one of the deserved therapy types in clinical work.
