摘要
通过对02428形态特征、生理特性研究及与籼稻品种亲和力和杂种一代优势分析、F_1与亲本性状的相关性测定,结果表明:02428是一个中熟粳稻品种,与籼稻品种杂交表现出较强的亲和力,但其亲和性具有明显的选择性。提出了“窄谱型”概念。杂种一代优势明显,并有一定的关联性,产量优势度主要受单株穗数和单株干物重的影响。本文对籼粳亚种间杂种优势利用途径进行了探讨。
02428 was identified as a middle season Japonica variety through the observation of plant morphological characior and the research of physiological character. Analyzed the compatibility and hete-rosis by hybridization with Indica varieties, the F1 of 02428 showed a quite fertility, a quite strong heterosis and a certain correlativity. As its stronger compatibilty with clear selectivity, it was called 'narrow race type' wide compatibilty variety.The dominance of its yield was mainly effected by the panicle number and dry matter weight of per plant.The way of hybrid heterosis utilization between Indica and Japonica subspecies was also discussed in this paper.
